Who you are (aka. requirements)
Curious about the DeFi ecosystem with a brief understanding of it
History of activity in crypto and DeFi
Deep analytical skill-set
You are known as an Excel wizard by your peers; bonus points for self-taught scripters/coders (Python, Javascript, etc.).
An entrepreneurial mindset, i.e., a builder/starter.
Ability to take ownership of projects and identify problems and formulate solutions independently
Experience coding smart contracts in Solidity, Vyper, or Rust is a plus.
Candidates with more experience will be offered a Strategist/Analyst role
What you'll be doing (aka. job duties)
Work within the DeFi investment team
Identify, evaluate, execute, and scale market opportunities across the DeFi ecosystem in close collaboration with the DeFi trading team
Perform due diligence and develop an understanding of various protocols and tokens
Follow major protocols to keep abreast of the latest developments, structure investment deals and opportunities with major protocols, and take ownership of long-term DeFi investment projects
Structure and communicate investment ideas in line with risk, security, and compliance approval processes; articulate one’s ideas both written and verbally to internal stakeholders
