Who you are (aka. requirements)

Bachelor's Degree holder or above with quantitative research experience, focus on pricing and hedging strategies at a market maker
Strong understanding and interest in the cryptocurrency market
Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to a dynamic, fast-moving and changing work environment
Proactive, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English and possess a can-do attitude.

What you'll be doing (aka. job duties)

Collaborate with Traders and the Quant Team to optimize and improve trading strategies
Design and implement complex quantitative models and analytical software/tools
Research and perform large-scale financial data analysis to find patterns
Analyze crypto markets and generate systematic trading strategies
Develop forecasting models, pricing models, and risk management frameworks
Perform backtesting and implement trading models and signals in a live trading environment
